It is a fine art. To start off you need to get the proper ingredients and supplies, such as wax (parrafin or soy will do) candle wicks and scents and colours, not forgetting the jars!
Next you need to decide what type of candle you want? A fancy decorative one or a more sophisticated one? Either way we need to get the wax hot. Candle gifts love coloured candles so you want to add the dye to the hot wax.
The jar you pour it into needs to be hot, put it in the oven at 80 degrees C but make sure there is no rubber/plastic on it!
Pour the wax into the jar whist having the wick upright in the centre. Then allow it all to cool whilst you stir in your scent.
